Dogs boarding and training with 84K9 are housed in a fully indoor, climate-controlled environment with air conditioning 24/7, ensuring their comfort at all times. By limiting the number of dogs scheduled for boarding and training, we focus on personalized attention, tailoring each dog's experience to ensure their individual success and create lasting, meaningful results.

This Off-Leash Obedience Program is the ultimate training experience for dog owners who demand excellence. This premium course blends advanced obedience, social conditioning, and comprehensive proofing to ensure your dog performs with reliability and confidence—no leash required.
Designed for those who want their dog to succeed in every scenario, this program transforms your companion into a well-mannered, dependable partner—capable of maintaining obedience amidst high-distraction environments, such as around other dogs, busy public spaces, and unpredictable settings completely off leash.
Through a thorough proofing period, your dog will be trained to maintain focus, follow commands, and behave appropriately in real-world situations—giving you peace of mind and a stronger bond with your canine companion. This hands-on training program is perfect for dog owners who want step-by-step guidance from a professional. You'll meet twice a week for 6 weeks (12 in-person sessions total), with each session providing clear feedback and homework to help you train your dog like a pro.
This fun, interactive experience teaches you how dogs learn, the importance of clear communication, and gives you the tools to take your dog from zero to hero—with expert support every step of the way.{$950}

~Behavioral Modification Program
Our Behavioral Modification Program is designed for dogs struggling with serious behavioral issues such as aggression, reactivity, fear-based responses, and other deeply rooted habits. At 84K9, we take a personalized approach to each case, using proven behavior modification techniques to help dogs gain structure, confidence, and better coping mechanisms.
It’s important to understand that dogs with extreme behavioral concerns often have a ceiling to the results achieved. This is due to how deeply conditioned their triggers and responses have become over time, without addressed properly. While we can significantly improve behavior, increase owner control, and reduce the frequency and intensity of negative reactions, completely “erasing” a behavior may not always be realistic—especially in extreme cases.
Success in behavior modification doesn’t end when your dog completes our program. In fact, that’s when your role becomes most critical. Owners must be fully committed to making meaningful changes at home in order to maintain and build upon the training. This includes adjusting routines, enforcing structure, being consistent with commands and boundaries, and sometimes making hard choices about what environments or situations your dog should or shouldn’t be exposed to.
This program isn’t a quick fix—it’s a lifestyle shift that requires serious dedication. But for committed owners, it can be life-changing for both you and your dog. ($4,500)
